Today, education isn’t confined to classrooms. It extends across states, oceans and even into the training rooms of multinational corporations. Anticipating the growing demand and the need to meet a variety of learning environments, VTEL has developed turnkey distance learning packages for training facilities, government agencies and for education institutions from primary/secondary locations to universities.

There are three classroom enhancement packages based upon size of classroom, number of students, and the mobility of the equipment. These packages are the Mobile Classroom System, the Vista Small Classroom Package and the Vista Large Classroom Package. With these solution packages you can accommodate all teaching styles-hands-on participation, lecture, seminar, discussions, brainstorming, and meetings.

Teacher effectiveness is design goal. VTEL solutions maximize interactivity between remote students and the teacher.

Mobile Classroom System (New from VTEL)
The Mobile Classroom System (MCS) offers the ultimate in classroom flexibility and convenience. On one highly mobile cart is a complete videoconferencing system, Windows XP Internet-ready computer, a high intensity LCD projector, and electronic white board module. All the teacher does is plug in one power cord and one IP communications plug. This system can be used in videoconferences or as a stand-a-lone media appliance projecting DVD/VCR clips, Internet content, and presentations.

Vista Small Classroom Package
This package supports up to 16 students considering one microphone for every two students. This package is a single monitor solution with Picture-in Picture. Included is a 44" educational cabinet for equipment placement, one Sony Camera, and a 32” VGA/XGA monitor. 

Vista Large Classroom Package
The Large Classroom package is designed for the larger physical classroom (average size = 30x30’) and supports up to 32 students. It is designed with more demanding applications in mind, such as highly interactivity lessons and local multimedia presentations. Included is the QuickFind Camera Control System, a 44" educational cabinet for equipment placement, one Sony Camera, and a 32” VGA/XGA monitor.
